Daytime with Kyle
Some strange noises emerged during the interview with Kevin Kyle which features in today's Birmingham Mail.
And the array of "oohs" and "aahs" and "miaows" wasn't Wolves' loan striker giving his verdict on this treatment at the hands of the Coventry fans.
No. Kyle brought along two-year-old old son Max as he completed the formalities of his move from the Ricoh to Molineux, complete with Woody from Toy Story as well.
And as Kyle spoke with much eloquence and passion about his footballing days, young Max made slightly less sense as he patrolled the Molineux press room with a football for company.
Still, it provided a nice human touch for a player who has had his problems with the punters at Coventry not to mention one or two off field brushes with the law.
This is very much a fresh start for the 26-year-old, who lest we forget played the best football of his career under Mick McCarthy at Sunderland.
Hopefully any Wolves fans sceptical at his arrival will at least show enough patience to judge Kyle on his performances rather than his past.
And if he does provide an added physical dimension to bail Wolves out from time to time, it won't just be Max making all the noise.
