To lose well inside 3 days at Taunton is just not good enough. As has aready been mentioned there is just no competition for places - a number of players know - what ever they do their places in the team are safe - Ambrose - Troughton come to mind. We have known for a while that Bell and Trott would be with England - is Chopra really the solution? The position of the captain is also an issue - he is hardly leading from the front.
