Is Ashley still an England selector? If so, is there any chance of him exercising a huge conflict of interest and not selecting Bell or Trott for the national side? A long shot I know, but desperate times....
Morning Brian, Mr Murderer is a little formal methinks. I've also been called Catpain Slackbladder however!
I've had another idea to help the Bears out at home. Perhaps the new stands could incorporate some kind of giant sprinkler and dry ice system to create a false rain and overcast conditions effect so that when required, rain could stop play? Or am I being a tad too fanciful?

Yes he is, Mr Murderer (or may I call you The Flanders Pigeon?) but I think other counties might have a word or two to say about such a tactic...
Brian, any explanation to the crop circle markings in front of old press box?
Yes, Beatie. The grass is worn where the Bears' coaches have been kneeling on it, praying.

Morning The Flanders Pigeon. A cunning plan but not feasible on grounds of cost, I fear.
