Eggs in tubes

By Brian Halford on May 19, 10 02:59 PM

Warwickshire 117 for 3 (37 overs). Trott 43, Troughton 40.

Trott had one or two uncertain moments early on against Kerrigan when he played back and the ball almost scuttled through but both batsmen have showed signs of increasing confidence in the last few overs and found the boundary a time or two.

Chapple has just come back on for another burst.

This is a good partnership but Warwickshire are still only 21.75% of the way up the mountain. Lancashire feel comfortable with the fact that wickets have so often fallen in clusters in this match.

Mason bees lay their eggs in tubes, one at a time, with a supply of pollen or nectar and a plug of mud between them.

Keep up to date
