441 to win
Lancashire 199 all out. Anderson 25 not out.
Mahmood, having added 72 to the 52 he struck against the Bears earlier this season, was bowled by Carter whose ear-stitching yesterday, by the way, involved an element of plastic surgery as the lug hole is, apparently, a very sensitive area with which to tamper.
Kerrigan was well caught in the slips by Bell off Clarke for 2.
Warwickshire require 441 to win.
"Plenty overs to get 'em," a spectator has just observed. Good positivity!

Am sure the Bears players want a day on the golf course tomorrow - assume they wll bat better than yesterday but lose by about 6pm.
Hi Steve - you're probably right.
But Lancashire's tail wasn't in too much trouble this morning. I just don't know...call me silly, call me a fool, call me a complete nit, call me a one-brain-celled, biscuit-jangling, moss-covered hamster-eater if you like but I reckon the Bears might just have a right go at this.
Be nice if Anderson had to bowl 45 overs in the next 2 days - just what his central contract masters had in mind!
Quite! Meanwhile, I can't help wondering whether Chris Woakes would benefit most from playing in this excellent, high-intensity championship match or a four-day game against Bangladesh at Derby.
I think you answered your own question about Woakes.
Let's hope you're right and the Bears give it a go, better than defending for five sessions.
Looks like he'll be lucky to bow1 10
