Poised. Evenly.

By Brian Halford on Apr 9, 10 01:08 PM

Lunch: Warwickshire 97 for 3 (30 overs) Westwood 38, Troughton 11.

Westwood has batted watchfully and, without him, the Bears would be in a bit of a state. He had a big reprieve in the last over before lunch, though, when Bairstow grassed a thin edge off McGrath.

The game is evenly-poised. The wicket has done a bit. Woakes might have enjoyed bowling this morning.

In his career so far Hannon-Dalby has taken one first-class wicket - that of Mark Ramprakash.

Great to see the junior bears playing on the outfield during lunch. Surely a open policy like at worcester is needed for championship games, the kids just love it!

True. But why not let everybody on the outfield? It would do absolutely no harm would it?

With you totally! Povey would charge us for it!
