Jeopardy

By Brian Halford on Apr 28, 10 12:45 PM

Warwickshire 118 for 7 (37 overs). Ambrose 31, Woakes 9.

Ambrose already has more than twice as many runs in this innings as in his four previous championship knocks this season put together. Woakes has played a couple of lovely shots.

These two have added 20. Warwickshire's record eighth-wicket stand against Hampshire - 222 by Woakes and Trott at the Rose Bowl last season - is in jeopardy.

I am relying on the scores on the blog!! For some reason the scores on the BBC and cric info are very slow.

Hi Steve. Apparently, the problem is at the BBC and Cricinfo end rather than Edgbaston.

Thanks Brian - most of the other county scores seem ok! Just hope we avoid the follow on! Good bowling or poor batting this morning?

Good bowling - but I don't think Bell, Trott, Clarke and Botha will be reliving their strokes with much pleasure.

Keep up to date
