Does the noise (and red dust) indicate that it's now building site as opposed to a demolition site ?
I'd say so Sorrento. There was also briefly a "diddly-diddly-dee, diddly-diddly dee, diddly-diddly dee" sound of a vehicle reversing, a lighter, more pleasant counterpoint to the other rather grim noiss.
