Headingley, Milan and AC Smith
A source in Leeds last night (a "source" is what journalists, keen to imply that they have amazing contacts, tend to call any old person - drunken man in pub, mad fishwife on bus, passing tramp - they meet who comes up with a line) suggested that when Warwickshire play Yorkshire at Leeds in early July the match could see the unveiling of the new pavilion at Headingley. Yorkshire want to have the pavilion fully operational when Pakistan play Australia there later that month so could use the Bears game to make sure everything works.
The new pavilion, this source suggested, is likely to win few awards for beauty and does not dovetail elegantly with the rest of the ground.
On a different hamster, sorry, tack; Manchester United beat AC Milan, Leeds United beat Manchester United, Walsall beat Leeds United. Walsall are, therefore, better than AC Milan.
Just a thought: If AC Milan played AC Smith in a two-legged tussle, one football and one cricket, who would win?

Has to be AC Smith on the basis that away runs count double.
Tough one to call but the winner plays AC MacLaren.
