Westwood has had a bit of luck, edging Chapple at catchable height between wicket-keeper (who should have claimed it) and slip and then wedging the ball on to his pad and watching with relief as it trickled inches past the stumps.

Bell should have been run out on 0 but twelfth man Parry missed with his throw at the stumps and conceded two overthrows.
