Mixed raisins

Good morning ladies and gentlemen - and warm greetings to Sussex followers who have followed the link from my good friend Bruce who has unfortunately been called away to Brunton Park on football duty today.

It's a glorious day. Now can Warwickshire, much the better side so far, finish the job? Or will Sussex show the grit and skill to stave off a defeat which would leave them very precariously placed in Division One?

There are seriously mixed feelings among the Bears fans here. Of course they want Warwickshire to win - but they don't want Sussex to go down, thereby removing charming Hove from the fixture-list next season.
