In Burbage by mistake
Sussex 165 for 3 (54 overs). Joyce 70, Hopkinson 7.
Joyce and Goodwin added 65 in 23 overs before the latter, on 32, was dismissed by Botha, a lovely ball which turned outside his forward defensive and hit off-stump. A classic left-armer's wicket.
Sreesanth and Botha have bowled well in tandem to keep the run-rate reined in. Most of the runs have come behind square.
I've just had a brush with cricket aristocracy. A former England captain was in the press-box and I said to him: "Sorry to move you."
"No problem," he said.
