C.A.F.Fiddian-Green
Charles Anderson Fiddian Fiddian-Green, born in Handsworth on December 22, 1898, played 64 matches as an amateur for Warwickshire between 1920 and 1928.
He was a right-handed batsman and bowled occasional medium-pace.
In 1922 he finished second in the Cambridge University batting averages with 49.21 and represented the Gentlemen at Lord's.
Fiddian-Green's highest score for the Bears was 95 against Sussex at Coventry in 1924.
He played hockey for England.
He was a master at Malvern School and died at Malvern on September 5, 1976.
