300 will do nicely

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. It is a magnificent morning at Hove. Sunny with a gentle sea breeze.

Batting won't be easy today but if Warwickshire can get to 300 they will be in a strong position.

Just been taken through the redevelopment plans for this ground over the next three years. Almost total refurbishment/rebuilding costing £8.6million. Sounds impressive though let's hope it doesn't alter the character of this lovely venue too much.
