Ambrose claimed two catches: Rana for 32 and Shahzad for 5, off the bowling of Carter and Trott.
The innings ended with Carter bowling with only the wicket-keeper within 50 yards (and the batsmen and umpires of course).
Carter 4 for 129. Patel 1 for 150.
There is scoreboard pressure on Warwickshire but, on this pitch, they should have the top-order to handle it. In which case, of course, the contest is - I think I might have typed this once or twice before over the last couple of years - a dead duck.
