Lovely to see
It was lovely to see, during the interval, this fine, historic cricket field full of children playing happily and older people strolling pleasantly.
This activity does not appear to have caused any damage to said field. And all the people who have been out there in the sunshine probably feel just that little bit more fond of - and part of and valued by - the county club for the experience.

That is what its all about get kids out there let them enjoy the hallowed turf. Not at fortress Edgbaston though ah, they might drop a 10p on the grass and break the mower.
