An ethical question

By Brian Halford on May 7, 09 10:32 AM

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. It is a bright and sunny, if breezy and rather chilly, morning at Edgbaston and the Bears bowlers need to make inroads.

An ethical question: If one goes for a number two before leaving for work and an initial flush of the toilet facility leaves what is commonly known as a "floater" and quite a large one at that and a second flush also does not dispose of said beast and you really don't want to leave it there for the other occupant of your household, one for whom you would to do anything, absolutely anything, to keep unpleasantness, to find waiting for her at lunchtime, but even a third flush won't budge it and now time is ticking by and you really have to leave because you have arranged to interview a player before the start of play... how long - and how many flushes - do you give it?
