Just spoken to Chris Woakes. When he plays for the MCC v Durham on Thursday it will be the first time he has been to Lord's, never mind played there!

I have mixed feelings about the project, certainly the scale of it. Some perfectly acceptable and historically valuable bits of the Pavilion End would be lost forever when perhaps they need not have been.
The flowerbeds. What about the flowerbeds? My wife and I love the flowerbeds.
