The Dustcart takes two
Warwickshire 495 for 8 (166 overs). Frost 227, Rankin 0.
Clarke milked an increasingly ragged attack for 41 before falling lbw to Ten Doeschate, a fate which then befell Ian Salisbury, who scored 16.
Frost, though, goes on. His 200 (from 403 balls with 25 fours) was accorded a standing ovation by the spectators, although some of the more partisan home supporters did it grudgingly, sitting down.
Frost has been on the field for all but two balls of this match and, in hot sun, must be knackered now but has just found the energy to swing Bopara into the pavilion for a handsome six.

Frosty is a legend!
A fantastic and epic achievement !
