A standing ovation greeted Bell's double-century, his third in first-class cricket, reached with an imperious clip to the mid-wicket boundary off Lewis. It was Bell's 29th four and he immediately added the 30th, skilfully steered to third man. Career-best on the cards here, maybe even a triple century.

On and on goes Bell.

As does the piledriver. Thump, thump thump...
