A double blow
Warwickshire 160 for 4 (43.1 overs). Troughton 0, Frost 0.
Powell tries to lifts Gillespie into the huge, roped-off, totally empty, atmosphere-killing stand at mid-wicket but the ball falls short and Watkins judges a difficult catch perfectly. Fine 55 from Powell though.
Three balls later, Trott cuts Croft too fine - and is caught at slip by Hemp for 23.
23 needed from 6.5 overs.
Still easy peasy. Have no fear.

Did he run a three?
Yes, Mr Wainwright, in a lift at the time so unable to check for sure, thought that Powell did indeed score a three.
They ran a four as well didn't they, but maybe that wasn't Powell. Went today. An hour in the blazing sun on the riverside end was enough for me, before retreating over to the shade. I'm really delighed for Woakes getting 5 wickets. I was a bit worried when we struggled for so long getting the 9th wicket but I thought we were pretty much in control when we batted and paced it nicely. Those 3 quick wickets gave us some jitters but Jim was unmoved and decided enoughs enough lets finish it off quickly
