Wisconsin beef cow-calf

By Brian Halford on May 18, 08 05:49 PM

Nottinghamshire 117 for 9 (29 overs). SWann 15, Shrek 0.

Anyon, in a spell which will hopefully do wonders for his confidence, uproots Pattinson's off-stump and then next ball, traps Fletcher lbw.

Anyon 5-0-6-3.

Notts were 61 for 1, of course.

Funny ol' game.

You're quicker than cricinfo, Brian! I'm positively bouncing in France. Batting needs sorting out, but it's great for Anyon to do so well.

Just been over to talk to the coach and as we chatted a series of players came past. A spring in their steps for the first time in quite a while. Hopefully they can build on this now.
Emma - this holiday in France seems to be lasting quite a while...

Not a holiday - 3rd year of university, which is conspiring to help me miss most of the season. Then an exile to London for a few weeks to add to matters. I might make it to a day of the game at Uxbridge, though!

Hopefully, of course, they can beat Middlesex soundly this time around.

University in France? Wow - how Bohemian is that! Perhaps we should have a blog gathering at Uxbridge. I'm sure Kim, Jane, Paul, Alan from the Village and others will be there. I'd particularly like to meet Eddie from the End House, to find out just why he likes living at the end, Offside Frank, to inquire why he does not come on side for once, and Sore-arm Brownie - is he seeing a doctor about that arm?

Keep up to date
