Warwickshire 40 for 1 (14 overs). Maddy 25, Bell 5.
Westwood has departed to a shot with which he will be rather disappointed, an attempt to force Langeveldt off the back-foot which ended only in a nick to the wicket-keeper. Out for 5.
Batting is not totally straightforward but it's a good pitch and the Bears must be aiming for 400-plus - a position from which to dictate.
I confidently predict that Bell will score a century.

Surely Westwood must be on the verge of getting dropped from the team? His return has been very poor so far this season. Perhaps move Powell up to open? Also, surely Groenwald has had his chance in the one day team, he's been woeful thus far.
You can't drop the vice-captain!
Back again with your failed predictions.
Is it true that you fancied Derby County for the Premiership?
I got it right. Belly got it wrong.
YES, we can and SHOULD drop Westwood. His performances this season have not been worthy of a first team place. 30 runs from his first 4 championship innings and his failure yesterday combined with his totally abysmal performance on Monday have convinced me that a change is needed now.
We would be better off playing Tony Frost as a specialist batsman and moving Michael Powell up to open.
