Tea
Tea. Northamptonshire 127 for 5. Klusener 12.
The Bears have advanced into a strong position courtesy, it has to be said, of some rather flawed batting from their hosts. White essayed a big drive at a widish ball from Zondeki and chopped it on to his stumps to perish for 38. Then, in the last over before tea, Wessels went for a sieve-headed slash at Botha and delivered it into the hands of Bell at point.
With their batting unit enhanced by Bell and Ambrose, Warwickshire have laid a good platform here.
It's sunny now so we should get a full evening session.
