Gimme Shelter

By Brian Halford on Apr 17, 08 11:31 AM

Warwickshire 72 for four (20 overs). Trott 14, Poonia 9.

Sixteen runs came from the first over of the day, from Magoffin, inlcuding three fours for Trott.

Three overs later, Daggett edged Kabir to second slip, bringing to the crease, for the first time in championship cricket, Navdeep Poonia from whom the team needs something to get themselves out of this slight pickle.

A plastic bag has just blown across the ground at the City End.
