We are right in the thick of Christmas party season, and you have probably spent a fair amount of time thinking of what dress you can wear - and there is still New Year to think about!
Well, Birmingham Mail reporter Emily Bridgewater decided to put her fate in the hands of a personal shopper from House fo Fraser.
It's not easy knowing what to wear, but Emily found out about the help you can get to make sure you get it right.

FASHION store Warehouse goes into sale this week.

ANY guy knows that buying lingerie for a loved one is a minefield so Solihull's John Lewis store has installed its very own 'Menzone' to help.
Boys can pick up tips from the stores lingerie advisors while sitting in comfort watching a plasma television and Wii.
The Menzone opens in the lingerie department on Thursday lunch time, December 11, until closing time on Sunday December 14.

Tommy Hilfiger has launched Hilfiger, a new fragrance which they say is created for the man who possesses "irresistible optimism".

It has smells of Suede, Sandalwood and Cistus infused with Papaya, Tonka and Cashmere Wood.
The 50ml bottle costs £32 and is on counter now.
If you want to shine this Christmas you could try the Sparkle Eye Palettes by the Body Shop.
They come in two colour ranges, one with gold, green and bronze hues and the other with the more daring pinks, blues and sparkly silvers.
