THE SMURFS' creator, Peyo is the subject of a book on his life and work this month, courtesy of NBM.

Peyo, The Life and Work of a Marvelous Storyteller is Issued on the occasion of a recent exhaustive exhibition of original art by Peyo, father of The Smurfs.

The book is a hefty compendium chock-a-block with reproductions of his original pages from classic European series such as Johan & Peewit to Poussy the Cat and more, and of course with plenty of Smurfs art.

Peyo, The Life and Work of a Marvelous Storyteller is in full colour and accompanied by text on the history of Peyo's creations.
