Nominations have been made for the latest Shel Dorf Awards.
The popular American San Diego Comic-Con International was founded by Sheldon Dorf from whom the awards take their name.
Dorf was an artist himself and the letterer on Milton Caniff's Steve Canyon newspaper comic strip.
