Covering Tales from the Grave #3...

David Hartman is the cover artist responsible for Bela Lugosi's Tales from the Grave, due this Halloween.

The cover artwork is based on a story inside written by Steve Niles, (30 Days of Night) and Kerry Gammill (Superman).
