CIA agent Alpha is sent to escort a former East German secret police officer and his family reach safety on American soil.

The reason isn't an altruistic one but for the fact that Wolfgang Wagemuller took incriminating computer documents with him when he left after the fall of the Berlin Wall.

These documents list individuals from around the supposedly free world who worked as secret agents, did the odd corrupt deal and took money from the then communist country.

There are people who want those documents: some to avoid being found out for previous misdemeanours and crimes, and others so that they can bribe those self-same crooks.

Thus the bulk of this story is one of cat and mouse as Alpha and his team do their best to get Wagemuller out of Europe alive.

The story's lacking in subplots to carry this adventure across its entire 48 pages, but as a class act on well drawn, tightly crafted chase scene sequential art you'll find few equals.
