There can be few jobs as hard as being a waiter or a chef in a balti house during the Muslim festival of Ramadan.

Most of the staff in these establishments will be refraining from food and drink during daylight hours during this time.

Imagine the temptation as you serve naans, samosas, bhajis, curries and drinks to punters.
