Brum to Chicago

Simpson's head chef Luke Tipping tells me that he and Opus's David Colcombe are off to Chicago soon to show off Brummie cuisine.

It's an event organised by Marketing Birmingham and is another step towards our city's culinary scene getting the international recognition it deserves.

Both men are fine chefs and are passionate about their craft. I'm sure the Windy Ciy will be impressed.
