No Bulli
A little taste of el Bulli - the pioneering Spanish restaurant whose scientific cooking techniques make Heston Bluemnethal appear old-fashioned - will be coming to Birmingham tomorrow.
A guy from a catering supply company called Infusions is popping into the office to denonstrate a kit that allows cooks to use some of the potions and methods from el Bulli - stuff like melon caviar....
It promises to be fascinating. Look out for a piece on the visit in Thursday's Food + Drink section in the Mail.
