Fishy flakes

Anyone for fish-flavoured cornflakes?

I had a coffee with Glynn Purnell at his restaurant this morning and he let me sample his latest culinary creation - a thin, crisp, golden flake made with sweetcorn puree and smoked haddock. It actually tasted great and is likely to become a component of his signature starter featuring haddock-flavoured milk foam, poached egg yolk and curry oil.

By the way, anyone spot the Blues badge on the cloth cap he wore in Wednesday night's episode of Great British Menu? The man's got taste!
