Silly old blogger

I'm a bit of a novice at this blogging business, being, as I am, old enough to have considered Mr Caxton's printing machine new fangled technology. So it's reassuring to know from the feedback I've had so far that people are actually reading what I've posted so far.

Thanks cyber-buddies! Keep it coming. If you reckon I've been unfair to a restaurant - or over-praised one - we want to hear your views. Tips for new eateries to try will also be gratefully received - I don't [promise to try them all, but it's good to have the info.

Meanwhile, I'm heading to my kitchen now to prepare a good and healthy salad. After eating out so often this week, it's time for a bit of restraint....until I open the baklava for dessert.
