AVATAR - RUSH FOR SEATS

AVATAR - THE IMAX 3D EXPERIENCE (12A) is proving to be a monster smash at Millennium Point!

It has already had more than 12,000 advance sales worth £100,000 and is virtually sold out at the biggest screen in the Midlands all the way up to Christmas.

So, if you want to see it there before the end of the year, the message has to be: 'Hurry, hurry, hurry'...

Some critics have naturally been a bit lukewarm about the movie which is only to be expected.

But Ridley Scott's Blade Runner is currently on BBC2 at the time of writing and is a good reminder of how a film that was so far ahead of its time upon release still hasn't dated almost 30 years later.

Will Avatar be the same?

There's only one way to find out... and that's to go and see it!
