Which gives her 364 days to organise her party for the big SIX-O.

History shows she was written off in 1995 - after winning the best actress Oscar at the fifth attempt.

Starring opposite Tommy Lee Jones in Blue Sky had earned Jessica her sixth nomination in just 12 years.

But no Academy recognition has followed since.

Her first two nods came side by side in 1983 - one for best actress in Frances, the other for best actress in a supporting role for Tootsie, which she won.

Sadly, Jessica's CV since 1995 suggests the big producers reckon she's too old and past it to pull in the punters on blockbusters. But are they right?

For my money, Michelle Pfeiffer made the comeback of last year with Hairspray and Stardust.
