I just love the way computers see things. They are that strange paradox in that they work entirely on logic yet when it comes to logic it is clearly not one of their strong points.

I have just had an email from Halfords who are having a tent and camping clearance with what seem to be some very good prices with savings of more than 60 per cent.

Look on the website though and some computer or other - please tell me it is not a member of Halfords' staff - suggests a bundle deal buying the tent and Halfords Complete Cookset Pack (normally priced at £24.99) at a special bundle price. Buy the tent and the cookset pack together and the site proudly announces that you will save (fanfare and roll of drums) . . . a penny!
