Getting tough on the queue jumpers
A friend sent me a snippet from a US supermarket where a women had pushed her way into an express queue (six items of fewer) with an overloaded trolley because the store was crowded and she was far too important to queue with the plebs.
She started to unload her trolley and the lad on the till smiled and told her not to both but just to unpack the six items she intended to buy and leave the rest. The rest of ther queue apparently cheered.
Give the lad a rise.
