Fraud into farce (2)

Apparently 9,411 families wanted their children to go to the Pinner Park School which is the subject of the court case involving Mrs Patel with just 90 places offered.

Now I am not an expert on schools in Harrow but I suspect the populous might be better served if the borough's education department spent some time and money finding out why that school is so popular and, presumably, why the rest aren't, rather than a pursuing a fraud case against a parent.
