Demand, what demand?
Anyone else tired of asking for things in supermarkets and shops and being told there is no demand? They cannot grasp that the mere fact you have asked for them negates that statement.

I went to do weekly shop at Morrisons in Rubery, Birmingham, and have special dietary requirements - can't have anything containing wheat, dairy or gluten. Whilst they had a small 'free from' section of dry food, I asked where their freezer section was and was told they had no demand - when I questioined why they had a dry section available, they couldn't answer. The member of staff had no interest and didn't seem bothered that in a store the size of this one, no special dietary food was available.
Anyone with an allergy must have real fun. I like the nuts thing. First of all we have supermarkets sticking labels on packets of nuts warning us that the contents could contain nuts - just in case the name, cashew nuts or peanuts or whatever, does not make it that clear, then to cover themselves from the legions of lawyers with nothing better to do than seek out compensation claims, the legal equivalent of bag ladies, they slap a global nut warning on anything vaguely edible in the store.
Anyone with a nut allergy must think they are taking their lives in their hands with every meal.
