Anyone else fed up with the killjoys trousering six figure salaries who keep telling us how we should live our lives?

I have long suspected that this general assault on cheap booze is a gradual softening up to prepare us for extra duty on alcohol. All for our own good mind you, nothing to do with bolstering Gord's diminishing coffers. Booze is still far cheaper on the continent and they don't have to do the blood and vomit two-step to negotiate their high streets every morning - so the price argument is blown out of the Martini glass straight away.

Why should I, and millions more like me, be fined by having to pay more for my booze because Government policies have bred a sub-species of lawless, feral, bingeing yobbos? And I certainly do not see why I should donate any more taxes to the wastrels of Whitehall.

The Government has produced the dysfunctional society we are forced to live in so they should either sort it or make way for someone who can.
