What IS going on with the weather??

There is nothing to do. Absolutely nothing. We've been for a drive, but there is only so much time you can spend pottering around the neighbourhood, especially with the cost of petrol and environment to consider. Can't walk anywhere. Can't go to the park or nip to the shops.

I have an eight year old currently sitting in his room as he is in a foul mood and done a really successful job of winding us up.

To be fair though, we're all in grotty moods. Billy the Kid is tired and grumpy, and all the Other Half wants to do is sleep. Being stuck at home, seeing sheer misery pouring from the sky, and hearing it all around the house sucks. Big time.

Supposed to be going on the History Bus tomorrow, hope the weather will pick up for that. *shakes fist menacingly at sky*

If anyone has any ideas about what to do on rainy days I'd love to hear them. Anyway, moan over, on with blogging.
