Cereals, toast, a banana, a biscuit, a packet of wine gums, a bar of chocolate, a few portions of sushi and a bowl of noodles and prawns at a newly opened Japanese restaurant...all before two o'clock.

Now I discover we've been invited to a friend's house for dinner tonight.

I blogged a couple of days ago about my gluttony, but today is even worse.
