Pretty easy really, wasn't it?

The picture was a special rush job to commemorate the 2001 Worthington Cup final.

It was taken at Wast Hills in the run-up before the Liverpool match.

The two who ended the odd men out were, indeed, David Burrows (back row, fourth from left) and Jerry Gill (front row, third from right) who didn't make the Millennium Stadium 16.

If you look closely you will see that Stan Lazaridis (front row, far right) is an odd shape.

His head had to be super-imposed on another player's body because he was unable to make the photocall.

That player was Carl Tiler, who had signed for Blues on loan from Charlton Athletic but lasted just one game before a row triggered his departure.
