If you're SJP, hmm, maybe also around 60?
If you're most women... it depends on what your legs look like and mini the skirt in question is. I don't think there's like, a set age when, on the eve of your birthday you empty your wardrobe of all but checked trousers, long flowery affairs and a really nice pair of cords.
